The Martial Arts Training Institute helps students learn more than just self-defense. They also learn the “3 Rules of Concentration”: Focus your Eyes, Focus your Mind, Focus your Body. They learn important Life Skills like being respectful, having a positive attitude, having self control and being honest. Sensei Ellis Newell is a Black Belt in Kempo Karate and Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and will be the instructor.
